As a Counter Staff, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma
- Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in treatment services; counter service preferred.
- Must have one-on-one time 2-2-3 hours per day (incl. nights and weekends).
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work on an on-call basis (after available staff has been exhausted)
