We are looking for an Inbound Call Centre Agent to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or service request
- Be the first point of contact
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
