£11.05 per hour, plus £1 extra per hour weekend enhancement

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. You will be based in one of our amazing services, located in York. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals with various needs, helping them to live as independently as possible.We have 2 individuals living at Ashford place who lead very active lives, you will also find yourself involved with some of the fun activities our individuals enjoys, such as, dancing and music club, or just kicking back and watching TV! Both our individuals have a car to get them to all there activities as well.
Some of what you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be involved in the amazing hobbies and activities our individuals love to do
- Assist in meal preparation and medication management
- Accompany Individuals to appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Provide personal care to individuals, including bathing, dressing and toileting
What we can offer in return:
- 22 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 25 days after 5 years’ service)
- 4 Weekly salary, (meaning 13 pay days a year, not 12!)
