What we are looking for
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your primary responsibility is to maintain and oversee the hotel's guest rooms, ensuring a superior experience encompassing cleanliness, service delivery, and efficient arrival, check-in, stay, and check-out processes. You will cater to guest needs in accordance with BH&R luxury standards.
To succeed in your application, prior experience in a luxury service environment is essential, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding customer service skills are prerequisites, with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We embrace diversity in our workforce, although strong written and spoken English proficiency and eligibility to work in the UK are required. Fluency in a second language would be advantageous.
