ABOUT YOU -
You’re driven by the thought of delivering customer service excellence with ERIKS key customers, working in one of our Service Centres. You enjoy building relationships and are excited about the opportunity to play a part in both servicing our existing customers and growing our business with new customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE -
- Attending customer premises, checking stock levels, and collating requirements for the ERIKS commercial team responsible for ordering the replenishment stock
- Receipting and checking replenishment stock as it arrives from the ERIKS FCE or external suppliers
- Attending customer premises and replenishing stocks where stock shortages have been identified
- Collection and delivery of industrial equipment where ERIKS are required to complete refurbishment or repairs.
- Some administrative work using Microsoft Office and the ERIKS SOP system
- Positive attitude towards achievement of the company goals
- Support the Sales & Service Manager & Engineering Manager in the delivery of market leading customer service
- Support the delivery of the financial performance for the area of responsibility
- Promote a best practice culture within the team
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies and standards are adhered to.
Full clean UK driving license required***
Daily travel within ERIKS vehicle between ERIKS premises and customer site***
