Role Summary

A rare and exciting opportunity for an innovative, creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join the UK Above Property Marketing Team for Marriott Hotels Limited, who collectively are responsible for the marketing efforts for +45 participating hotels, including London, Provincial and Country Club properties.

This newly created UK Marketing Executive position is responsible for supporting with the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies designed to position our hotels competitively with a strong focus on demand generation, brand-strong guest experiences and creative engagement that drives loyalty. The role will be a key support for the team, assisting with strategy development, activation of campaigns and promotions across paid, owned and earned channels, and create supporting assets to enhance campaigns on a national and local level.

The position reports directly into the UK Marketing Manager, working closely with Director of Marketing UK and key above property and property stakeholders including Cluster Marketing Teams.

Skills and experience we will look for in the ideal candidate to join our team:

  • 1-2 years relevant marketing experience preferred.
  • Hospitality background advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent command of the English language - both written & spoken.
  • A natural ability with social media, especially Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
