Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. About the Job
The People & Culture Assistant plays an important role in supporting the team to create the right culture and best experience for colleagues and is a key member of the People team.
Reporting to the People and Culture Adviser, the People and Culture Assistant is responsible for the administration of day-to-day people activities and processes, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is an agile working role (office/project based and home), and requires the ability to work independently, and as part of an in-person and virtual team, working at pace to meet challenging deadlines. However, it presents a valuable opportunity for a junior colleague to become involved in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment and learn from experienced and talented people professionals.
