Job Title: Caller
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Engage in warm calling to establish rapport and build relationships
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the team
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
