Previous experience within the car trade is not essential.
Job Description/Main Duties
Support the Sales & Workshop Teams with operational tasks
Deal with suppliers and clients both by phone and face to face
Prepare and process invoices using Sage
Co-ordinate relevant client paperwork
Liaise with drivers
Sort incoming and prepare outgoing mail
Maintain files, documents and archiving process
Update sales boards, order parts
Manage office including maintaining common areas, ensuring the availability of office supplies, arranging equipment maintenance and service appointments
Position Requirements
Excellent written and communications skills
Proficiency with Sage, Excel & MS Office
Strong organisational and prioritising abilities
Proactive, flexible and adaptable
Acute attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
Diplomacy, confidentiality and high integrity
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
Administrative assistant experience or other
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance
Ability to work well within a team environment
Help and improve workflows
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Discretionary bonus (end of year)
Hours: 9-5pm, Mon-Fri
On-site parking

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
