Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 weekly coaching sessions with predetermined clients
- Responding to client messages with 24 hours
- Updating and adjusting online goal tracking system after each coaching session
- Participate in once monthly coaching session exchange (CPD)
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Completion of ICF accredited coaching course
- Customer facing experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop genuine rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent time keeping and organisation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong work ethic

- Client centred working approach with genuine compassion to help clients achieve their goals
- Personable and engaging approach that fosters meaningful connections with people
- Able to ask insightful questions that deepen client learning and promote changes in mindset

- Proficient in using Notion for note-taking and planning
