Bar Staff
Vivicolour Limited is a Southport-based, craft cocktail bar that specializes in wood-fired cocktails and a variety of other beverages. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented bartender to join our team. Candidates should be able to provide an excellent guest experience and consistently maintain high standards in service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely manner
- Working with the bar manager to set up tables, chairs, and other bartending tasks
- Cleaning up after guests and taking necessary steps to prevent guest concerns from occurring in the future
- Assisting with inventory count and ordering supplies as needed
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized throughout shifts
- Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction at all times
- Performing all opening and closing duties of the bar (e.g., setting up bar stools, clearing glasses, etc.)
- Performing all opening closing duties of the bar on a rotating basis as directed by the manager or owner (e.g., preparing drinks for guests during peak hours)

Experience:

Salary: £11.00 per hour
