Working within Early Years, you will be required to be a Key Person for 15 children in small groups, including some children with diagnosed and undiagnosed SEND for circle time, story time and other targeted development sessions.
They have been ‘Good’ for a number of years with excellence in their Early Years department. They are blessed with long standing members of the core team whom are friendly, knowledgeable and boast of over 15+ years within Early Years.

As an Early Years Practitioner you will be required to support ages 3-5 years 8:30-3:30 Term Time only.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Years Practitioner you will:
- Knowledge and application of a school environment, preferably within EYFS.
- SEND knowledge required; developing non-verbal skills, supporting emotional resilience and understanding own emotions, use of visuals.
- Capable to prepare and deliver the curriculum through group activities.
- Possess the knowledge to plan, develop and support activities indoors and outdoors.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Level 2 or above qualification or experience in an educational setting.
- DBS on the update service or a willingness to put one in place.
