Factory Operative required for a dynamic and rapidly expanding local business
Job Description
Our Client a rapidly growing technical plastics manufacturer based in Fakenham and is a global supplier of technical and medical plastic components.
A position has arisen for a Factory Operative within their production team. You will work in all areas of the factory and do a variety of tasks including loading and filling hoppers, removal of waste products and keeping the loading bay clean and tidy.

As an ideal candidate you must be practically minded, like working in a ‘hands on’ environment, have a good attention to detail and awareness of safety standards. On the job training will be given so a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential. Being a team player is also key as you will be required to work with all departments in the factory to ensure orders are completed on time and all tasks meet with required standards.

Rewards & Benefits:

Usual working week is 36 hours.
- Mon – Thurs: 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 12:00
