We are recruiting for a part time experienced cleaner to work within the showroom of our new Aberystwyth based retail furniture store for approximately 2 hours a day over 3 days. This role is vital to ensuring our customer's shopping experience in store is enhanced and memorable.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Dusting and cleaning of all furniture and furniture display areas in the showroom on a daily basis
- Ensure communal / public areas are clean and tidy
- Cleaning of toilets and staff rest areas
- Some movement of furniture will be required in order to clean behind and beneath furniture, therefore a degree of fitness is required.
Applicants must:
- have previous cleaning experience in a workplace scenario
- have a friendly disposition
- be amenable to customers and staff
- be reliable and flexible
- be team players but have the ability to work alone
- be reasonably fit as some 'shifting' of furniture is required.
- be prepared to help and direct customers around the store as required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 9-12 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Aberystwyth, SY23 3TN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
