We have an immediate vacancy for a Factory Hand / Assembly.
Candidates will need to have proven experience and ideally be time served or have acquired relevant training. You will need to effectively complete general manufacturing and engineering tasks to assist the production of motorcycle exhaust systems.
The Perfect Candidate:
- Will need to have knowledge of workshop machinery.
- Excellent standards of quality control.
- Demonstrable application of problem solving tools and techniques to deliver efficiency improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in buzzing workshop floor team with 20+ staff.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- A good knowledge of bikes is an added bonus!
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the factory team to deliver efficiency
- The ability to demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement.
- Maintaining the workshop
- Component production
- Use of work shop machinery
- Blasting tube
