An exciting key role in supporting Pfizer Supply Chain & Markets Operations Quality (SCMOQ) in establishing and maintaining an appropriate and sustainable Product Quality System and Quality Culture.
The role also encompasses Pfizer contractor related GDP activities, so that compliance with both Pfizer and Regulatory authority expectations, and the protection of Pfizer’s patients/customers from any product quality risk are ensured.

Role Description
Purpose of the Position: On completion of training the Quality Executive will initially be required to take responsibility to manage a specific area of the Quality Management System.
The function will report directly into the Quality Lead.
Responsibilities:
The below responsibilities are specific to particular roles within the SCMOQ team, therefore not all will initially apply. The team members cross train to provide support capabilities in the event of absence or increased volumes. In addition, development consists of being trained and competent off in different Quality specialisms (e.g. third party deviations, product market release, complaints, change control, vendor (quality) management, market transfers, project work).
- Co-ordinate and manage Quality Management System related activities.
- Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management and oversight.
- Co-ordinate local product release activities
- Organise and administer Change Controls and process Change Control requests.
- Co-ordinate and track Non-conformance reporting activities.
- Assist with complaint handling activities.
- Maintain tracking systems for key elements of the Quality Management System as required.
- Track and analyse metrics and KPI’s.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience working in a GDP wholesale distribution (WDA) environment, within a Quality Assurance role.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory GMDP compliance issues relating to the storage and distribution of medicinal products.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the regulations and guidelines relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team.

- Motivated with a drive for results.
- Educated to degree level
Requirements
Considered:
- GMP experience will be considered (dependent on transferable experience, skills, knowledge)
- Preferably MSc or BSc. degree in biology, chemistry, or another related technical subject.
- Experience with electronic quality systems such as Trackwise, eQMS and SAP.
