What We Do:
Live Escape Games! We lock people in a set of rooms, and the goal is for them to get out before the hour is up. They have to complete different clues, puzzles and challenges along the way, guiding them to the end. We look to provide all of our wide range of customers with the best possible experience. From schools and family teams, to work parties and more.
We already have 4 unique games with more opening in the future!
What We Look For
We are passionate about making sure all our customers have the best possible experience and look for friendly, energetic people who have an eye for detail.
Your Role
You will be responsible for the entire customer experience;
Greeting people when they come in, introducing the game, providing cryptic clues, getting the group out, grabbing a team photo and resetting the game to make sure it’s perfect for the next group.
You’ll often need to answer the phone to take bookings and a good phone manner is a must!
Requirements:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to work on-site in Sunderland.
- Must be comfortable working with customers of all ages.
- Must be comfortable communicating with large groups.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to climb small ladders.
- Must be comfortable with computers, including video games, spreadsheets, and other office software.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all players are prepared for their scheduled games, including but not limited to: setting up each game station, cleaning up after each game, and organizing games as needed by guests.
- Ensure that all guests are provided with any necessary information regarding booking and playing before they book as well as during their time on site.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 14-34 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
